British Council Digital Collaboration Fund (2022)
With Assemble in the UK, and the Textile Department at the University of Applied Arts Vienna, Austria, we partnered on a digital project aimed at creating a multicultural learning community.

British Council Digital Collaboration Fund
As part of the British Council Digital Collaboration Grant Programme and together with Assemble UK, Nubuke Foundation has facilitated a project linking textile designers in the UK and Accra (Maria Lisogorskaya and Nana Opoku and Chrissa Amuah) to weavers in Upper West using online platforms. The goal is to create a multicultural learning community in close collaboration with artists and crafts(wo)men to stimulate creative cross-pollination of artisanal and contemporary art practices.
