The 3rd edition of the Woori Festival was held in Loho, near Wa in the Upper West region of Ghana from 3 - 5 March 2023. The festival celebrated weaving as the wealth and worth of the region. The festival attendees were immersed in the sounds, sights, tastes, and textures of the region through live and hands-on workshops, cultural performances, music, lively forums, and weaving demonstrations.

The festival also featured an exhibition showcasing works by Alice Raymond, Fatric Bewong, Frederick Bamfo, Isaac Gyamfi, and Nii Nortey Dowouna. In addition to these artists, Barbara Putz-Plecko, Karin Altmann, Ute Neuber, and Tristan Toé facilitated dyeing workshops with students from the School for the Blind. Students from the School for the Deaf participated in a furniture-making workshop led by Adjei Obusi Samuel.
